Experience:
- 4 to 6 Yrs in Software Development using NET/.NET Core, Entity Framework, C#, Angular, JavaScript & HTML.
* Proficiency in C# development, Experience with databases, preferably SQL Server.
* 2 to 3 years hands on experience in angular, components & services & api.
* Develop unit test cases to ensure the reliability of project
* Strong full-stack development skills & familiarity with modern frameworks.

Education: BE / ME / MCA / MCS 

Experience: Lead 7+ Yrs & Manager 10+ Yrs (Min 2 to 3 Yrs as a Project Lead/Manager with an IT company with Banking Domain & handled a team of size more than 10 people for a substantial period.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of software developers to deliver customer requirements, on time, within budget while ensuring high level of quality.

2. Involved in recruitment, training and nurturing merit.

3. Mentoring and guiding of the staff

4. Ensure that defects are logged at all stages of the project and close looping

5. Tracking a project against schedules and taking corrective actions on slippage. Escalation to the next level in case of slippage / likely slippage in time or quality parameters.

6. Managing day to day customer, employee and project related problems.

7. Off-site / onsite support to client and to on-site engineer

8. Detection and control of non-conformances.

9. Maintaining quality records of the project.

10. Provide project status on timely basis.

Specialized Skills:

1. Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills and team working capabilities.

2. Should have handled Banking and Finance related IT projects.

3. Thorough Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), lead the team through various phases like Requirements, Analysis/Design, Development & Testing & providing post implementation support.

Must Have Experience :

- Minimum 7+ Yrs of strong experience in Java/J2EE Technologies
